This new Acumen relay is designed to replicate the way the latest Honda relays work, with hazard lights.

This relay comes in 3 different versions:

• AC66003 .. works with four conventional bulbs
• AC66004 .. works with two standard bulbs and two LED indicators
• AC66005 .. works with all LED indicators

Also, we have built into this relay a turn-signal-reminder function. The relay has the ability to connect to an external 12V siren (see related products) and after 40 flashes the siren will start to beep at you in time with the flash of the indicators.....now , here's the clever bit; If the m/c Brake light is "on" (Illuminated) the relay will hold the flash count, and not start the siren while you're at the traffic lights. For example, you arrive at the traffic lights and the flashers are going...1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 and then you stop and hold the m/c brake on....the unit will count 10,10,10,10,10,10,10. When the traffic lights change and you release the brake the relay will then start counting again from where it left off 11,12,13,14,15,etc. IF the flash count gets to 40, (ie; you've left the indicator on), the siren will start sounding.

The relay itself is plug-and-play but the Siren wire and the Brake-sense wire will need a manual connection. We suggest Soldering for this
