HJ01-20-FP JMT Lithium ion Compact Racing Battery
Lightweight with small dimensions, ideal for racing applications. Even with it compact size this battery still produces 120CCA which is comparable to standard lead acid batteries.

Waterproof (W) 
The battery is completely waterproof and is not damaged when the motorcycle is washed with high pressure. 

JMT lithium-ion batteries have the following benefits:

Lead-acid batteries only use 30% of their capacity 
whilst nearly 100% of the capacity of lithium-ion batteries is used. For this reason, lithium versions of JMT batteries need only 1/3 of the capacity of a comparable lead-acid battery for the same starting power. 

A uniform charging of all the cells is ensured by a built-in processor (the "balancer"). 

The dimensions of the lithium-ion batteries (using adapters where necessary)correspond to the dimensions of the original lead-acid batteries and the connections are identical, thus the battery can be replaced easily in a few minutes.

Although JMT lithium-ion batteries discharge at a slower rate than coventional batteries it is vital that they are not allowed to go completely flat. Please regularly use the charge indicator on the top of the battey to assess it's state of charge especially if the bike has not been ridden for some time.

JMT lithium-ion batteries can be charged with conventional chargers but it is best to check that the charger is suitable for a lithium-ion battery. Some maintenance chargers have a recovery mode for sulphated lead acid batteries. These chargers should not be used with a lithium-ion battery as in recovery mode high voltage levels can damage them irreparably. If in doubt purchase a battery charger suitable for lithium-ion such as some of the examples below.

Although this lightweight battery is extremely suitable for everyday use, it should be noted that the starting capacity is reduced at temperatures below zero degrees Celsius. 

Lead-acid batteries can be used only 30% of its capacity due to the specific characteristics, while nearly 100% of the capacity can be used in lithium ion batteries. For this reason, lithium version of JMT batteries for the same starting power need only 1/3 of the capacity of a comparable lead-acid battery.
